I had a marvelous stay at this hotel! The rooms were beautifully clean and cozy, and the staff was always eager to please, plus the food was fantastic. However, the rooms were a bit tiny. The free mini bar with water, coke, and beer replenished daily was a lovely touch.

My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were stylish and clean, featuring a small balcony and a huge bed, but there was a slight smell of smoke. The service was generally nice and helpful, especially when it came to clearing plates and replenishing food, but the lack of greetings was a downside. The location was lovely and convenient for exploring Palma, though some facilities were closed in February. The dining experience was average, with a standard buffet offering. Overall, a decent stay with some room for improvement.
